How many LLCs do you need?
Own
6LLCs
A 10-point cash-out takes 6 years, and that clock starts the day the loan is set to 45%. Own 6, one year apart, and one LLC harvests every year.
The first cheque is $70,034. Each entity is worth $500,000 when its clock starts.
Changes the cheque. Not how many LLCs.
Refinance when the loan falls to this share of value.
Refinance when the loan is 35% of value. The new loan is 45%. The 10 points between those two marks are the cash-out.
The new loan, as a share of value.
This is what moves the year count.
The 6-year clock
It starts when the loan is set to 45% of value. 6 years later the loan is down to 35%, the 10-point spread is harvested, and the new loan goes back to 45%. That day, the next clock starts.
The line is the loan as a share of value. It falls from the rebalance target to the trigger. The jump back up is the refinance. The number on each jump is what is harvested.
Harvested each year
6 LLCs, each one year further into the same clock. Every year one of them finishes and is harvested. The amount steps up after a full lap, because the entity is worth more when the next clock ends.

The loan these years assume
The clock starts the day after a refinance, with the loan at 45% of value, and ends when it falls to 35%. Paydown depends on the rate and the years left.
Same rate on the next loan.
